By purchasing an item of Animaltronic you agree to

not use Animaltronic technology for profit point.
Animaltronic is not responsible about the way their product are use.
Animaltronic does its best to give products that are good quality and safe. But Animaltronic decline any responsibility for any harm that comes to the customer as a result of wearing their products. This includes but is not limited to:
- Heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
- Injury from impaired vision caused by the mask.
- Physical injury from electronics caused by miss-use or neglect. (Consider your product as not waterproof)
- Injury caused by others as a result of wearing one of my costumes.
Animaltronic have the right to refuse to take a commission without need of explication.
Animaltronic have the right to take pictures/videos of products they made and use it. The customers can also send pictures/videos of Animaltronic products and allow them to be use.

wear the fursuit and represent the character.
use Animaltronic product and be involve in "mursuit" practice or any other erotic/sexual practice.
destroy the product. (but we will be sad)
resell the products BUT it have to not let doubt of the fact it was made by Animaltronic and second hand so the quality may not be the same.
it also have to be give with an actual copy of the Therm and Condition and let know the new owner of these products that even if he didn't buy it from Animaltronic directly these rules still apply.
with only one exception for the Warranty part that Animaltronic have no obligation to apply it for the new owner of the product.
Animaltronic will keep you inform on the progress of your commission and take care to let you know if any upgrade of price is necessary and listen you for be sure you get the happier possible wait their product.

nothing will be delivery until the full amount has been paid.
If the customer disappears, cuts contact, want cancel or refuses to pay for the suit after that the suit is on good progress. Animaltronic reserves the right to alter the design and sell that suit. Or destroy the creation. No refund shall be given.
once the commission accepted and the payment fully done, Animaltronic have a period of 12 months for make and deliver the commission. If Animaltronic is not able to meet this deadline Animaltronic will contact the customer for know what to do.
design submit by customer are the responsibility of the costumer and Animaltronic cant be suit for the design of costumes.
in the case that one or more rule(s) are declare null it dont apply to the rest of the Therm and Condition.

the warranty is apply 3 months. The warranty for the right of request modification such as adding more electronics is not limited on time.
If the customer notices any problems or defects within the month's warranty, they are responsible for returning the product to Animaltronic for repair.
An additional 2 weeks will be add at the warranty to return the fursuit part(s) to be repaired. In the case of the customer fail to send the fursuit part(s) back within the waranty time + the 2 extra weeks, they will be charged for the repairs and/or adjustments.
the customer can ask Animatronic to make modification on the product previously made by Animatronic. the price of these will be determined the same way that Animatronic make price for fursuit.
Any technology that wasn't available when the product was ordered cant be add to the product.
all modification made by Animaltronic are under 3 months of warranty.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been altered in any way or damaged intentionally by the customer.
